Process Flow and Benefits
AFR’s On-Demand Processing option is not an “All or Nothing” Service.
Once you are registered and login, you can choose which loans you would like AFR to process, and which ones you prefer to process yourself, in turn giving you the confidence in knowing that you can originate more difficult loans, such as FHA’s 203(k) or One-Time Close, Construction-to-Permanent mortgages, all the while not clogging up the processors’ pipeline.
Process Flow
- You originate, disclose and upload the required documents.
- Once the loan is conditionally approved by the Underwriter, the AFR Team takes over the file, all the way through funding.
- We keep in constant contact with the Originator with automated email updates throughout the day.
- If you’d like us to, we will contact the Applicant(s) and all Third Parties directly for all of the documentation needed to close the loan.
