Freddie Mac Loan Prospector

1. Access the Loan Prospector® website.
2. Select Sign Up for Loan Prospector® from the left-hand menu
3. For Who Are You > select Third Party Originator
4. Under How Will You Use Loan Prospector > select Direct Access
5. Under 4. Sign-Up > click the Secure Sign-Up Form
6. Select Third Party Originator > input your Tax ID into the box and Company Name

From there, you will receive a confirmation email and instructions about getting access. You will have to mail the original documents overnight to Freddie Mac and it may take 5-7 business days to process once they’ve received everything they’ve requested.
