Borrower Disclosure Experience

How to Log into the Loan Status Center for the First Time Using eConsent

  1. The Borrower will receive an email from an email address of eFolder@elliemae.com. Click on the link that is in the body of the email shown as “Click here to visit the website and access the message above”.
    Important: If there are multiple borrowers on the loan. All borrowers need to consent to the electronic disclosures.
  2. Enter the house number for the property address request and then click the “Create New Account” button.
  3. Check your email inbox for a new message with the subject line of “WebCenter Account Activation Request”
  4. Open the email and click on the link that reads “Click here to activate this account”.
  5. The Loan Status Center webpage will open. Enter your password created in step number 2 and click on the “Activate New Account”button.
  6. Once logged in, in the Check Loan Status section, click on the Message with Borrower’s name, Loan Amount, Property Address and Date.(only shown if you have more than one loan with us)
  7. In the Loan Details section, click on the message in blue “American Financial Resources, Inc. (Mortgage Disclosure Package)”.
  8. Borrower’s name will now be listed below the message. Click on the borrower name.
  9. List of disclosures will now be available. Click on the name of the disclosure to view and eConsent
  10. Review the Agreement to receive disclosures electronically document page, and then click “I Agree” or “I Do Not Agree” button.
  11. Once agreed. The disclosures will be viewable in a pdf format.
    To go back to the previous pages, click on the Back to Loan Detail button (top left)

Note: Repeat the steps for the co-borrower if there are multiple borrowers on the loan.
