RATE LOCK INSTRUCTIONS

After you receive a Conditional Approval from AFR:

1. Login to the AFR Loan Center.
2. Open the loan you want to Lock.
3. From the Loan Summary Section, click the “start” button in the “Run Pricing” section
   • Review the Loan information and click “Continue”.
   • Review “Pricing Results” under Eligible Programs.  Rates are available for 10 minutes.
   • Click on the eligible program to see available rates.
   • To Lock Rate, select the rate and click the “Next” button.
   • Rate Confirmation: review confirmation and click “Submit Lock”
4. All the eligible programs will be listed, along with all pricing adjustments. For each eligible program, all available rates, along with their pricing will be listed. To view why a loan program is ineligible, click “Ineligible Programs” and click on the program and the reason(s) for ineligibility will be provided.
5. Your lock request will be listed in the Loan Feed and there will be a yellow status bar across the top indication that a lock is pending for this loan. This is your confirmation that AFR has received the lock request and you do not need to do anything else. The AFR Lockdesk will confirm the lock shortly and update the loan and upload the lock confirmation into the Loan Documents section.

QUICK PRICER INSTRUCTIONS

Quick Pricer gives you the ability to check pricing without locking the loan.

1. To use “Quick Pricer” Login to the AFR Loan Center.
2. From the dashboard view, click Quick Pricer and complete:
   • Delivery Channel (Brokered or Correspondent) and click “Continue”
   • Complete Pricing Details (Property Information, Loan Details, Broker Compensation and Pricing Inputs) click “Continue”
   • Review “Pricing Results” under Eligible Programs.
   • Click on the eligible program to see available rates.
   • To view the reason why a loan program is ineligible, click “Ineligible Programs” then click on the program and the reason(s) for ineligibility will be available.
